All Culinary Art classes enjoy participating in both large and small catering events. It gives the students an opportunity to show their customer skills. These skills along with their Workplace Readiness skills prepares the students for a workplace environment.t which are very important when dealing with the public.

Tyler and Michael are competing in Knife Skills competions. There where 52 students that participated from other school districts. They placed in the top 80% of performance. Good job guys!

Dustin and Sarah participated in the Cake decorating contest at the State Fair. What a job they did. There where 27 students from other school districts that participated. Sarah and Dustin made beautiful roses! Never so proud of the students as I was that day!
